Message from the Superintendent

October of School Year 2025-26

Dear Champion Families,

In October, we are celebrating the character pillar: Hard Work. A dream doesn’t become reality without hard work. 

Focused hard work is the key to achieving success because eventually, your students’ hard work will always pay off.

When I visit our Champion Campuses, I see administrators, teachers, coaches, and students engaged in hard work every day.

Learning does not happen by itself. Every day, your students are growing stronger in both academic and athletic challenges.

Fall Break is September 26-October 14th. During this time, students will have iday assignments, reading minutes, and math problems.

This gives students an opportunity to keep the learning going during fall break and devote extended time to reading, math, and creating their Biographers Tea Project.

John F. Kennedy said, “We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard.”
